📋 Description

• Support the roadmap and backlog for the Predictive Solutions Suite, prioritizing features that improve model accuracy and usability • Define requirements for enrollment data ingestion, including sourcing, validation, transformation, and delivery into downstream systems • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements • Monitor data quality and pipeline health metrics and work with engineering to resolve issues • Support user research, competitive analysis, and market scans • Prepare product documentation, release notes, and internal/external feature communications • Participate in Agile ceremonies and help keep initiatives on track • Progress toward owning roadmap areas and leading feature initiatives end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or similar), or equivalent practical experience • 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role • Comfort working with data, including reading data models and assessing data quality • Ability to translate technical detail into plain language for non-technical stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write clear specifications and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, or eagerness to learn • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or BI/analytics platforms is a plus, but not required • Genuine interest in higher education, student success, or data-driven decision-making • All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
