📋 Description

• Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to win and expand high-value commercial real estate accounts • Support the full sales cycle and customer journey • Conduct technical discovery and run tailored product demos • Generate quotes and proposals, including defining modules, hardware quantities, and integrations • Lead RFP responses and technical documentation • Support sales negotiations as a technical resource • Maintain a feedback loop with Operations to align quoted and deployed specifications • Automate processes and workflows using an AI-first approach • Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and accurate records • Improve sales conversion rates by 10% or more • Respond to required external emails within 24 hours • Complete quotes 48 hours before proposal review • Turn around RFP responses within committed timelines • Keep quote-to-deployment change orders below the defined threshold • Reconcile quoted versus deployed specifications with Operations • Proactively surface pricing-model and product-fit issues to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering services • Experience ideally within hardware-enabled SaaS, IoT, energy management, or industrial technology environments • Strong command of project management tools, CRM dashboards, and data reporting platforms • Effective working style across executive leadership, sales, and operations • Proven ability to propose solutions in the context of an enterprise sales process • Colorado-based candidates are strongly preferred and considered first • Minimal travel
