📋 Description

• Proactively contact customers with overdue accounts • Understand customers’ financial challenges and collaboratively identify payment solutions • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls concerning delinquent loan payments • Negotiate and execute payment arrangements according to Enova’s call flow • Resolve customer concerns and complex late-payment issues professionally and empathetically • Explain the implications of overdue payments and offer financial-resolution assistance • Accurately record customer interactions, payment plans, and relevant information in Enova’s database

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment • Experience successfully managing inbound and outbound calls and meeting daily call volume targets • Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills • Proven proficiency in active listening and de-escalation techniques • Strong negotiation abilities • Ability to balance company policy with customer empathy to secure payment arrangements or settlements • High level of self-management for remote work • Superior time management and strict schedule adherence • Ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to think quickly and logically to creatively problem solve under pressure • Eligible to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship
