📋 Description

• Execute a technology-forward roadmap deploying solutions into clients’ revenue cycle management operations • Translate operational needs into technology requirements • Lead discovery sessions with operations teams and document buildable requirements • Shepherd solutions from build through deployment • Maintain alignment with engineering on priorities • Coordinate testing with operations and incorporate feedback • Ensure deployed solutions perform in live operational environments • Maintain accurate development timelines, KPIs, and feature documentation • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned • Coordinate and manage work across a distributed global product team • Delegate, review, and maintain accountability for global product team work • Report to the AVP of Product & Innovation • Connect operations, engineering, and global product team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare RCM consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related field • Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements • Experience working in or closely with agile engineering teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly across operational, technical, and executive audiences • Ability to work independently with general oversight in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Strong working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, especially back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes • Hands-on experience with Aha or similar product management/roadmap tools • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable agile project management platforms • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries independently • Experience deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions in an operational context • Background at a healthcare RCM technology company or as a product manager supporting RCM operations • Consulting or advisory experience in healthcare technology or RCM • Experience managing distributed or global product team members • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require • Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI
