📋 Description

• Lead the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans • Conduct complex variance analyses and provide insights and recommendations to leadership • Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and growth opportunities • Partner with department leaders to support strategic planning and informed decision-making • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting packages • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve business performance • Leverage financial data, technology, and reporting tools to enhance visibility into key business drivers • Support implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting platforms, and analytical tools • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes • Challenge assumptions, identify innovative solutions, and help prepare the organization for future business needs • Mentor and develop less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of professional experience • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial planning role • Preferred experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Snowflake • Healthcare technology exposure is strongly preferred • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is preferred, including familiarity with board and sponsor reporting, lender covenants, and M&A integration • Proven experience developing advanced financial models, forecasts, and business analyses • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations
