📋 Description

• Improve and automate manual processes and workflows to increase authentication team efficiency and accuracy • Develop internal dashboards, customer support tools, policy tracking systems, custom search systems, machine-learning output interfaces, account management systems, data annotation tools, and internal training platforms • Develop secure, flexible, scalable systems using modern design principles and efficient workflows • Contribute reliable code across all phases of the development lifecycle and collaborate on product specifications and operational feasibility • Identify projects to reduce technical debt and improve codebase maintainability • Balance sound coding practices with rapid customer value delivery • Produce well-tested, extensible code capable of handling existing and future loads • Share expertise, coach team members, and collaborate with a distributed team across time zones • Shepherd contributions through peer review, testing, deployment, and production monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Generalist experience with web applications, backend services, and databases • 6+ years of experience in backend Python and frontend development • Experience building front-end websites or tools with modern SPA frameworks such as Vue or React • Experience with databases such as Postgres and NoSQL • Experience leading various technical projects • Prior experience working in a startup-like environment • Ability to work effectively with a team distributed across different time zones
