📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing team of onboarding managers • Set expectations, coach team members, and develop consistent performers • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including smooth transitions, on-time delivery, and program quality • Own the strategy for customer enablement and payments adoption • Ensure utilization metrics are met and customers are positioned for continued revenue growth • Serve as an escalation point for complex onboarding challenges and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues • Guide teams and customers through data migration, setup, and account activation while ensuring data integrity and security • Redesign onboarding using AI and technology-enabled workflows to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction • Own the enablement program, including playbooks, milestones, and coaching cadences • Run performance routines including 1-on-1s, team reviews, and metrics-driven coaching • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience • Report onboarding metrics, team performance, and program improvements to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or similar roles • At least 3 years leading a team of individual contributors • Prior ownership of team performance, including coaching, accountability, and managing underperformance • Demonstrated success driving software adoption and payments or digital-workflow utilization, with measurable metrics • Proven ability to coach individual contributors into consistent, high performers • Experience designing or rebuilding onboarding or enablement programs, including playbooks, milestones, and quality standards • Project management discipline to manage competing priorities • Experience applying AI or automation to service delivery is a plus • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to guide accounting and operations stakeholders through workflow changes, including digital payments • Familiarity with data migration as part of initial setup and activation • Either hands-on understanding of association management and fund accounting, or a strong track record leading onboarding or implementation teams in vertical SaaS or ERP with willingness to learn fund accounting quickly • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Must be located in the United States and able to work EST hours
