📋 Description

• Lead daily client meetings to gather financial data, clarify scope, and build trust from the first call • Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts • Resolve integration and access issues involving Plaid connections, payroll, revenue processors, inventory systems, and related tools • Compare signed proposals with actual client needs and flag scope or pricing mismatches immediately • Manage a high volume of onboarding timelines and deliverables simultaneously • Proactively communicate when workloads or accounts risk falling behind • Troubleshoot setup and data issues using sound accounting judgment • Find workarounds to keep stalled onboardings moving, including manual data entry, alternate document paths, and creative scheduling • Collaborate with Sales, Initialization, Accounting, and Tax teams to resolve handoff gaps • Own the onboarding process end-to-end and transition accounts smoothly into ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role, ideally in public or multi-client accounting firm as Senior Associate level or higher • 6+ years of daily QuickBooks use including Online setup, integrations, and troubleshooting (not desktop) • Strong working knowledge of both cash- and accrual-based accounting • Demonstrated ability to manage 25+ active client relationships at once without letting communication or follow-through slip • Ability to escalate early, adapt on the fly, and take ownership of outcomes • Warm, confident, and memorable presence with clients • Ability to build rapport quickly and put anxious business owners at ease • Comfortable having direct conversations with clients about scope and pricing when what they signed does not match what they need • Willingness to admit and correct course quickly when something is off • Individual applicants residing in the US only
