📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of Patient Service Center onboarding programs, including cohort planning, curriculum sequencing, certifications, and cross-functional alignment • Lead learning enablement planning for product launches, process changes, and priority initiatives impacting Patient Service Centers • Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to align onboarding and training plans with staffing, capacity, operational constraints, and business needs • Conduct change-impact assessments to identify learning, communication, and readiness needs • Establish strategy and standards for learning communications and training rollouts • Create and launch an operational communication framework with cross-functional team members • Lead learning communications and engagement • Coordinate rollout of training, job aids, desk drops, and reinforcements • Maintain ownership of timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across Learning, Operations, and support teams • Serve as primary coordinator for onboarding and learning-related initiatives • Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to meet documentation and audit expectations • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and provide updates to PSC L&D leadership • Directly manage a small team, including goal setting, work prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback • Support team development and foster collaboration and accountability • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, or related roles • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs • Experience supporting onboarding or workforce readiness initiatives • Strong planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, and communication skills • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, operational, or frontline environments • Up to 20% travel may be required
