📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for new clients, primarily entrepreneurial nurses launching and growing Med Spa businesses • Lead onboarding for the West Coast client base • Deliver a seamless, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience • Educate clients on next steps, requirements, and timelines • Help clients progress through onboarding milestones on schedule • Coordinate with clinical, product, sales, account management, and operations teams to resolve roadblocks • Track onboarding status and proactively flag delays and escalate when needed • Follow up on inbound sales inquiries within the SLA • Respond to requests for information and schedule meetings for the sales team • Capture client feedback to improve processes, tools, and documentation • Maintain accurate client records and communications in systems such as HubSpot and Moxo

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work West Coast (Pacific time) hours • Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or another client-facing support role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and timelines • Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, product, and operations teams • Ability to work within defined SLAs and established processes while identifying improvement opportunities • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or the aesthetics/med spa industry (nice to have) • Experience supporting sales with inbound lead follow-up, qualification, or meeting scheduling (nice to have) • Familiarity with HubSpot, Moxo, Slack, and Google Workspace (nice to have) • Experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup environment (nice to have)
