📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research & analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes • Develop and implement a strategy to identify & penetrate the market • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets, including hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, private practice physicians and physician groups • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare administrators and decision-makers • Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized imaging solutions that align with company objectives • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that adhere to company policies and compliance standards • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior leadership • Consistently track all activity in Rezolut’s Customer Relationship Management system

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices (REQUIRED) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth • Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, including modalities, reimbursement models, and regulatory considerations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events
