📋 Description

• Lead the payments education function, set priorities, support team development and ensure programs meet organizational and member needs • Lead education on emerging and faster payments, including real-time and instant payments, digital wallets, account-to-account payments, open banking, embedded payments, tokenization, fraud technologies and evolving trends • Develop and deliver educational programs, webinars, workshops, publications and learning tools • Research and create content covering emerging payments, ACH, cards, wires, checks, rules and regulations • Present at conferences, seminars, webinars and industry events, representing EPCOR as a knowledgeable voice in the payments industry • Provide expert guidance to members on payments rules, regulations, industry developments and emerging trends • Create and maintain educational resources supporting ongoing professional and industry learning • Partner with internal teams on curriculum development, communications and member engagement • Monitor payments landscape changes and translate complex developments into clear, practical information for financial institutions • Identify emerging topics and opportunities to strengthen EPCOR’s education offerings • Travel up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry • 4 years of experience in training, facilitation or public speaking • Strong knowledge of payments systems, rules, regulations and industry trends • Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities and work independently • Payments certification such as AFPP, AAP, APRP, NCP or similar credential • Preferred: AFPP certification • Preferred: Experience with emerging payments, faster payments or payment innovation • Preferred: Experience developing educational content or programs for financial services professionals • Preferred: Experience presenting to financial institutions, industry groups or professional audiences
