📋 Description

• Submit surplus lines filings for assigned states accurately and on time • Process surplus lines tax returns for assigned states before due dates • Coordinate payment of surplus lines taxes by due dates • Maintain accurate files on a shared drive • Work with surplus lines stamping offices and state agencies to resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with and assist in educating account teams • Reconcile reports and coordinate with accounting • Utilize InsCipher for filings and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate with colleagues • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret surplus lines regulations and requirements • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent follow-up skills • Ability to navigate the internet • Surplus lines experience helpful • Property & Casualty Insurance background helpful • Accounting experience helpful
