📋 Description

• Deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration, and servicing of an assigned book of business • Promote revenue growth, productivity, and exceptional client satisfaction • Ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations • Discuss compliance testing processes and results and required government filings • Ensure services meet documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams, and day-to-day contacts • Monitor and manage daily reports • Document pertinent client communication • Provide internal and external project management support • Communicate with technical and support teams to maintain recordkeeping items for assigned plans • Coordinate plan amendments • Perform other duties as assigned • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers • Remain stationary for 75% or greater of the time • Move objects weighing up to 10 lbs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree and two (2) years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • ASPPA or other industry designations such as NIPA or CEBS preferred • Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization exists • Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts • Ability to use research tools to obtain and apply current regulations • Ability to prepare spreadsheets, reconcile numbers, and analyze financial data • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions • Ability to develop application software skills through internal training • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
