📋 Description

• Act as the voice of the customer and ensure ERP solutions align with client objectives • Build trusted advisor relationships and provide proactive customer advocacy • Facilitate executive steering committees • Ensure clients maximize their investment in the Epicor platform • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize ERP initiatives based on ROI and business impact • Maintain visibility of ERP projects within assigned portfolios • Develop customer-specific ERP portfolio roadmaps • Serve as Program Manager for major ERP engagements • Ensure delivery against contractual scope, timeline, and budget • Oversee forecasting, invoicing, margin tracking, and profitability • Monitor and report billable utilization • Balance internal resource capacity with customer demand • Escalate and resolve program delivery issues • Oversee customer budgets, forecasts, and portfolio expenditure • Ensure efficient resource allocation and accounts receivable compliance • Identify risks and create proactive mitigation strategies • Lead change management and track benefits realization • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for Epicor solutions • Monitor portfolio and program KPIs • Deliver dashboards, executive reviews, and financial updates • Apply lessons learned to improve delivery methods and outcomes • Liaise with customer executives, vendors, and internal delivery teams • Facilitate resolution of escalations and conflicts • Drive client referenceability and case studies • Work towards C-Level attendance and/or presentation at Insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile Portfolio Management • 10+ years’ experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in ERP delivery • Demonstrated success managing billable programs with strong utilization and profitability performance • Proven ability to lead large-scale ERP portfolios and programs in global environments • Deep knowledge of ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor • Financial acumen including P&L at project and program level, benefits realization, and contract management • Ability to balance customer needs with delivery profitability • Experience managing billable utilisation, forecasting, and program profitability • Ability to translate customer strategies into actionable ERP portfolio initiatives • Proficiency in portfolio/program analysis and decision-making • Change management and cultural transformation experience across ERP programs • Strong executive presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to work effectively in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
