📋 Description

• Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts supporting product teams and transformation programs • Collaborate with business, technology, and external partner teams to identify business needs and provide analysis support • Analyze and document business and functional requirements for key initiatives • Lead and mentor the team across the software/product development lifecycle • Oversee supporting documentation, including APIs, business rules, user stories, and data validation • Liaise between business, product, design, and engineering teams, including offshore staff • Set and manage team goals and objectives • Assess project needs and plan and assign analysis support • Participate in hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other HR activities • Provide feedback and mentorship to develop Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis knowledge • Guide teams through problem identification, gap analysis, alternatives research, requirements, solution delivery, testing, consensus-building, and implementation • Participate in product, engineering, and business meetings as a Business and Systems Analysis subject matter expert • Partner on product and program rollouts • Provide leadership inputs, reports, and presentations for roadmaps, budgets, resource planning, and strategy • Lead creation of a Business and Systems Analysis Center of Excellence • Support development of the BA group charter and engagement model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience • Advanced degree preferred • CBAP or IIBA Certifications, PBA, Agile certifications a plus • Demonstrated experience as a Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties • Strong people leadership capabilities with an ability to influence and inspire change • Solid experience working on major digital transformation programs in complex environments as Senior BA / BSA • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Knowledge and experience providing analysis support within all phases of Software or product development Lifecycle • Strong working knowledge of system integrations and supporting technologies • Strong communication, presenting, influencing, and collaboration abilities at management level • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis methodologies, best practices and industry standards • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative tools • Standard Microsoft Office skillset • Excellent organization and Program/project management skills • Experience creating and maintaining analysis documentation, including user stories, use cases, functional requirements, mapping processes, API analysis, test cases, business rules, and data analysis • Knowledge of Title insurance & settlement services operations is a plus
