📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day purchasing and record-keeping operations for IT Services • Manage the lifecycle of telco/datacenter invoices, including auditing charges against contracted rates and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable • Track telco/datacenter spending against the fiscal-year budget and provide periodic reports to IT Management • Manage datacenter contracts and facilitate renewals with the Contracts Team, vendors, and Business Unit owners • Request circuit quotes from telco vendors and negotiate competitive pricing • Provide backup support to the Network Team by placing and tracking circuit orders, including moves, additions, changes, and disconnects • Manage mobile-device billing, inventory, requests, and shipping • Assist with management of telco equipment assets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years supporting operations and/or IT • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Outstanding organizational skills • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to manage small projects and coordinate the work of others • Ability to multi-task and independently follow up on a wide range of issues • Experience coordinating the purchase of equipment and supplies • Working knowledge of computers and equipment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, internet, and e-mail • Willingness to perform keyboard-intensive work 90% of the time
