📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner for health plans from implementation through ongoing value delivery • Support multiple health plan partners • Represent partner interests and needs to internal stakeholders, including product, operations, member support, and clinical care • Manage day-to-day program delivery and deliver program KPIs • Partner with Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams on payor penetration and growth strategy • Own health plan satisfaction, renewals, expansion opportunities, contract adherence, contract P&L, and contract utilization • Produce and deliver actionable client meeting agendas and reporting content • Execute implementation and account management strategy to achieve program milestones and exceed expectations • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel to client meetings at least once per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • X years of experience • Previous experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations • Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project timelines using project management tools and processes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships within complex organizations • Demonstrated experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base • Analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically payer and provider focused • Passion for living Equip’s mission and values • Must live with immediate access to the airport and reliable transportation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship information is requested
