📋 Description

• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate, updated participant information in multiple electronic databases, including supportive services logs • Provide case management to SNAP E&T participants preparing for employment and self-sufficiency • Manage caseloads and assist job seekers in retaining employment • Create and update plans and monitor progress toward goals • Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars, and job-readiness activities • Coordinate online learning activities with the Business Services team • Administer pre/post-test assessments and assess skills, aptitudes, and abilities • Research and deliver job coaching, mentorship, and support services to overcome barriers • Prepare participants for training activities and tailor case management based on employer feedback • Collaborate with businesses, advisory groups, agencies, and community organizations to develop opportunities • Research and share post-secondary options and adult services • Develop rapport with participants to explore career options and interests • Encourage participants to maintain career portfolios documenting learning and skill attainment • Work individually or in groups to solve employment issues • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in related field and minimum two years’ work experience in related field, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience may be considered • Strong in facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to lead learning processes and relate to diverse populations • Excellent internal and external customer service skills • Strong communication and knowledge about community resources and industries in the area is a plus • Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and specialized databases and systems • Bilingual is a plus • Current valid driver’s license with low-risk driver rating and automobile liability insurance required • Must reside in New Mexico • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within business hours; no weekend travel
