📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, and user-friendly analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports for executive decision-making • Define, standardize, and continuously refine business metrics and KPIs with functional leaders • Drive cross-functional reporting and insights through dashboards, self-service analytics tools, and data visualizations • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests while improving scalability, automation, and self-service capabilities in Power BI • Develop and optimize Power BI semantic data models, including DAX measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, and relationships • Research, acquire, and integrate external data sources • Connect and integrate data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, SQL databases, spreadsheets, cloud applications, and third-party sources through automated data pipelines • Define and maintain enterprise-wide data definitions, KPI calculations, business rules, and master data standards • Monitor and improve data quality through governance processes, validation rules, exception reporting, and root-cause analysis • Participate in master data management initiatives covering customers, products, suppliers, materials, chart of accounts, and other critical domains • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, Human Resources, Legal, and Chief of Staff teams • Provide insights and reporting for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or similar) • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence building out executive-level dashboards • 5+ years of experience performing data analysis in Microsoft Excel using various functions • Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI and Excel • Must reside in or relocate to one of these states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
