📋 Description

• Build data-driven solutions using Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, and O365 for government clients • Define constraints with business and technical stakeholders • Develop and document requirements • Identify, build, and deploy best-fit technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Consume data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, O365, and other enterprise data sources • Customize DoD365 to meet business requirements • Connect Power BI to ServiceNow via APIs, OData, connectors, or data exports • Use ServiceNow tables and data structures to build meaningful analytics • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators/developers on data feeds, views, and integration patterns • Manage the full lifecycle of business solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Five (5) or more years of experience; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Active Secret security clearance • Ability to architect technical data and reporting solutions with detailed written/visual documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Expertise using Power BI for dashboards and data analytics • Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources, especially ServiceNow and SharePoint • Experience designing data models and relationships • Experience creating measures and calculations using DAX • Experience developing visually effective, user-friendly dashboards and reports • Experience working with ServiceNow data and platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB modules • Experience extracting, transforming, and loading ServiceNow data into Power BI or other reporting tools • Experience collaborating with ServiceNow administrators/developers on integrations and data quality • Expertise building dynamic and complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows • Experience with agile and iterative software development methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document requirements and solutions • Ability to operate effectively in a government/DoD environment • Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform certifications are preferred, not required • ServiceNow platform experience or certifications are a plus, not required
