📋 Description

• Receive and prioritize report writing requests from stakeholders • Clarify report specifications with requestors • Develop accurate reports meeting stakeholder requirements • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources • Ensure data integrity and accuracy • Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights • Create analytical reports with visualizations and summaries • Develop narratives explaining data significance and business implications • Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences • Apply revenue cycle management expertise to interpret data • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and best practices • Monitor revenue cycle industry trends and regulatory changes • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare revenue cycle industry • Proven experience handling large datasets and producing high-quality analytical reports • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and narratives • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
