📋 Description

• Act as a lead Financials consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client financial business requirements and provide strategic guidance throughout design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and production transition • Support clients through complex financial annual events, fiscal year-end close, and periodic reporting cycles • Partner with Engagement Managers on project status, scope changes, and financial milestone tracking • Collaborate across technical and functional domains to ensure communication and project alignment • Maintain project forecasts and time allocations accurately and promptly • Assist the Sales team with presentations, system demonstrations, and Level of Effort estimates for Workday Financials opportunities • Stay current on accounting standards, Workday Financials biannual enhancements, and best practices • Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with finance and accounting leadership • Contribute to the growth and development of ERPA’s Workday Financials AMS practice

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials, primarily focused on Financial Accounting (FDM - Financial Data Model) or Record to Report (R2R) • Proven track record supporting or leading post-production, AMS, or implementation projects for Workday Financials clients • Deep expertise in Workday FDM design, journal entries, ledger setup, business processes, and financial reporting • Strong understanding of the Workday Financials security framework, custom reports, and calculated fields • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Active Workday Financials certification preferred • Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
