📋 Description

• Increase market share by performing sales efforts to convert potential customers to ADI customers • Strengthen current customer relationships through customer service support, follow-up calls, product education, and awareness of industry developments • Proactively gather market intelligence • Uncover growth opportunities and deliver sales wins • Maintain positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and priority customer service • Implement customer training to drive sales growth in the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, and Fire • Successful track record of managing and selling in the security industry in a distribution model • Valid Driver’s License, clean motor vehicle history, and a driving record in good standing • Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills • Ability to build long-term business relationships • Ability to learn quickly, process high call volume, and think outside the box • Strong work ethic and high business ethical standards • Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision • Team mentality • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to travel per business needs, up to 75% • Must live within the territory of Orange, California or Riverside, California • Experience in a Sales/Account Management-related field valued • Experience with Freight, Telecom, or Distribution valued • Experience working at a Retail Office Supply store is a plus • Experience with high-value daily spending and large product profiles valued • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly matrixed environment • This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
