• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with clients across Brazil, managing the sales journey from initial contact through to closing; • Identify customer needs through effective probing and recommend the best solution among available products; • Conduct clear, strategic negotiations, overcoming objections and pursuing high-quality conversions; • Work with a strong focus on targets and performance metrics, monitoring results and continuously striving for improvement; • Log and track interactions in the CRM, ensuring an organized portfolio and visibility of the sales funnel; • Collaborate with the team, sharing learnings and contributing to the collective improvement of results.
• Availability to work in a target-driven, operational environment with a 44-hour workweek; • Experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service; • Experience selling financial products/services; • Basic knowledge of CRM and sales systems;
