📋 Description

• Lead the development of strategic, high-quality proposal responses for prospective and existing customers • Establish standards, processes, and best practices for proposal development and content creation • Guide executive summaries, customer-focused narratives, and value-driven messaging • Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate, compelling responses • Ensure proposal content aligns with organizational priorities, product capabilities, and customer needs • Analyze proposal performance and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Govern the creation, review, approval, maintenance, and retirement of proposal and customer-facing content • Lead enterprise content libraries and knowledge repositories • Improve accessibility and reuse of approved content and preserve institutional knowledge • Oversee customer success stories, references, proof points, and business outcomes • Lead, mentor, and develop proposal, content, and knowledge management professionals • Allocate resources, establish priorities, and foster cross-departmental partnerships • Evaluate and streamline workflows, collaboration, and content reuse • Implement metrics and reporting for team performance, content health, and operational effectiveness • Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing quality, scalability, and customer responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration, Technical Writing, or related field • 7+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, communications, knowledge management, or related disciplines • 3+ years of people leadership experience • Strong writing, editing, and business communication skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders • Excellent organizational, project management, and process improvement capabilities • Preferred: experience supporting government, public-sector, or regulated-industry proposals • Preferred: experience with proposal automation, content management, or knowledge management platforms • Preferred: experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and content repositories • Preferred: APMP certification or related professional credentials
