📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations • Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle • Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized relocation experience • Maintain a reduced, curated caseload • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables • Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers • Resolve issues proactively and mitigate risks • Streamline processes to reduce client effort • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients • Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance • Simplify complex processes into executive-ready insights • Lead needs assessments and policy navigation • Orchestrate supplier performance and accountability • Conduct regular stakeholder touchpoints • Eliminate duplication and enhance coordination • Strengthen internal and external partnerships • Demonstrate expertise in global mobility and services • Identify value-added opportunities and cross-selling • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in strategic projects and client presentations • Ensure data accuracy and system integrity • Track and communicate policy updates • Support reporting with timely, accurate inputs • Manage multiple high-priority relocations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of international relocation experience • Ability to provide 24/7 support • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment • Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity • Ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills • Ability to engage and build trust with executive-level clients • Demonstrated history of top-tier, high-touch, client-centric service performance • Proven leadership mindset and ability to take ownership, drive results, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority • Advanced project management and independent ownership • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability • High accountability with minimal oversight • Cross-functional leadership and influence • Strong organization and attention to detail • Cultural awareness and global mindset • Proactive, innovative, and resourceful • High discretion and emotional intelligence
