📋 Description

• Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering to shape the Communication Agents roadmap • Own the client feedback loop by joining customer calls, triaging incoming issues, separating one-off complaints from real defects, and closing the loop with law firms and Customer Success • Write, iterate, and test agent prompts, scripts, logic, and configurations • Ship improvements with Engineering and Data Science while defining inputs, outputs, and escalation paths • Build and maintain QA rubrics and audit processes • Drive fixes through to resolution • Handle reporting and ad hoc leadership requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Product Operations, AI Operations, or Technical Program Management, having owned a product or operational surface end-to-end • Hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM systems • Experience building or running a QA/evaluation process • Experience working directly with customers to translate their feedback into product changes • Ability to hold a high quality bar under pressure in a fast-moving, non-deterministic environment, without needing a playbook handed to you • Strong written communication skills
