📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics across Vetcove's platform • Manage and mentor a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists • Serve as the point of contact for clinic partnerships during implementation • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Support • Build systems and processes that allow the onboarding team to scale • Lead, coach, and develop the team while driving accountability and client delivery standards • Own the implementation strategy and lifecycle from project planning through go-live execution • Act as escalation point and liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams • Define project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards • Guide clinics through migrations of existing workflows onto a new platform • Build and refine project management processes, templates, and tooling • Oversee training delivery and troubleshooting of configuration, data imports, and integrations • Maintain executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and client leadership • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence implementation workflows and advocate for client and team needs • Travel to client sites in some cases to support critical go-lives and successful deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment • At least 2 years in a people management role • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage team capacity across multiple concurrent client engagements • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders • Proficiency in project management tools • Experience building scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, up to 10–15% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
