📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communication • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes • Maintain project plans, status updates, release notes, and other documentation • Oversee product testing and validation processes • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks affecting project timelines or deliverables • Manage external vendor and contractor relationships • Provide training and support on product development processes, tools, and best practices • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to drive product improvements • Ensure products comply with privacy, security, and other relevant regulations and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle • Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and compliance processes is a plus • Applicants only; no third-party agency candidates
