📋 Description

• Manage account implementation from sign-on through transition to a Customer Account Manager • Provide onboarding, support, training, and guidance through adoption of Brio • Train customers and staff in the use of the software online and in person • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend software best practices • Handle customer support calls during the Engagement process • Manage data migration with high attention to detail • Nurture customer relationships to build trust • Participate in creating and updating role and department best practices • Operate across department boundaries • Increase knowledge of the software and pest-control industry • Collaborate with other departments to help customers succeed • Help customers become experts on the product and use all features fully

🎯 Requirements

• Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting in-person and via the web • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines • Customer service/support • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Project development • Bachelors degree or associate degree with comparable experience • Working well across departments • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks • Data conversion or migration experience preferred • Software implementation experience preferred • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship • Willingness to work over 40 hours when necessary • Potentially some travel
