📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing websites across EverCommerce's portfolio of SaaS products • Own end-to-end web project execution from CMS configuration and front-end implementation through performance optimization and QA • Build, update, and maintain marketing landing pages and site sections across multiple product domains • Write semantic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with pixel-level accuracy and cross-browser compatibility • Configure and extend CMS themes, templates, page builders, and reusable component libraries • Own Core Web Vitals performance metrics and implement page-speed improvements • Execute technical SEO and AEO/GEO site-readiness requirements, including schema markup, meta tags, canonical tags, hreflang, and XML sitemaps • Ensure AI bot crawl accessibility and LLM-consumability of site content • Monitor site health using tools such as Google Search Console and Screaming Frog • Implement A/B and multivariate tests and support AI-referred CRO initiatives • Configure GTM, GA4 event schemas, conversion pixels, UTM capture, and downstream attribution • Partner with Paid Media, Organic Growth, product marketing, brand, agency, and internal teams on campaign launches and web initiatives • Maintain site maps, redirect logs, test registers, deployment runbooks, and version-controlled deployment workflows • Support human-in-the-loop deployment approvals • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance • Monitor SSL certificates, domain configurations, and third-party script governance • Provide technical scoping estimates and contribute to roadmap discussions with the Manager, Web Development • Communicate technical problems, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional web development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating marketing site or SaaS product site work • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla JS; React & Next.js familiarity a plus) • Object-oriented PHP (Laravel a plus) • Hands-on CMS experience with at least one major platform (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or equivalent), including custom theme/template development • Working knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser testing methodologies • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals measurement and on-page performance optimization techniques • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking implementation • Version control proficiency using Git, including branching, pull requests, and merge workflows • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical marketing stakeholders • Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand SaaS marketing environment preferred • Familiarity with technical SEO, schema markup, structured data, and AEO/GEO content formatting preferred • Exposure to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization frameworks preferred • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and web, analytics, CRM, and ad platform integrations preferred • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards preferred • Experience working alongside an external agency or offshore development partner preferred • Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, or comparable cloud/CDN infrastructure preferred • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants preferred • Familiarity with AI-native web tooling and LLM-consumable web content preferred • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States
