📋 Description

• Supervise the project management team and manage the project pipeline for a client or large brand • Deliver and manage creative and strategic projects/programs • Develop program and client-level staffing plans • Provide program and client reporting on health, status, risks, and milestones • Develop issue mitigation plans and perform root cause analysis • Define and implement onboarding plans • Manage project management team billability • Conduct performance evaluations and goal setting for Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers • Facilitate retrospectives and share results with stakeholders • Collaborate with the portfolio team on client roadmaps and improvement plans • Develop direct reports through coaching and mentoring • Monitor process adherence and propose process and standards improvements • Review project outputs and provide feedback • Manage and prioritize team workload, goals, objectives, and escalations • Identify program-level risks and oversee program health, including budget, scope, and timeline • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • 7+ years of relevant experience • Experience delivering and managing strategic projects and programs in an advertising agency environment • Ability to lead high-complexity and/or high-visibility projects • Program management knowledge and experience • Expert knowledge of executing all project types • Experience working with ambiguity and mentoring others • Advanced risk management skills • Advanced stakeholder management skills • Advanced reporting and program-level financial management • Ability to develop complex estimates and timelines with limited information • Team building, mentoring/coaching, delegation, emotional intelligence, escalation management, problem-solving, crucial conversations, and strategic partnerships skills
