📋 Description

• Enhance and support EVERSANA’s Enterprise Cloud Data Warehouse on Snowflake • Design and deliver data models, data integrations, and ETL data pipelines • Replicate data from internal and external sources into the Snowflake raw layer • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models • Implement Snowflake capabilities including Snowpipes, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, and Data Replication • Implement data auditing, data quality, user access, and data security best practices • Implement Secure Data Sharing and Apache Iceberg cross-platform data strategies • Design and implement ETL processes using DBT and support data integration across engagement platforms • Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability • Lead implementation and integration of data solutions for clients • Provide technical guidance during client onboarding • Conduct data mapping exercises • Write and optimize SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and loading • Use Python for automation and scripting • Document requirements, solutions, and peer reviews • Ensure documentation is accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 5+ years with Data Warehouse architecture design and solutioning • At least 3+ years of experience working with Snowflake cloud data warehouse • At least 2+ projects operating in Lead Data Architect role • Experience using and developing with ETL tools, preferably DBT and Qlik Replicate and Compose • Experience with AWS and Python scripting • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to design, execute and communicate solutions to different stakeholders • Experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse capabilities, including Snowpipes, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, and Data Replication • Experience implementing data auditing, data quality, user access, and data security best practices • Experience with Secure Data Sharing • Experience with open table formats, specifically Apache Iceberg • Experience implementing virtual warehouse management best practices • Experience using CI/CD pipelines and code repositories such as Bitbucket preferred • Experience designing data flows and ingestion patterns across multi-cloud environments preferred • Proficiency in SQL • Python scripting skills desirable • Knowledge of Life Sciences or Healthcare business processes advantageous • Familiarity with Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy systems and business processes is a plus • Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus • Familiarity with Pharma Marketing and Campaign Management data, systems, and business processes • Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week • Travel: 0%
