📋 Description

• Oversee the copywriting team • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives • Research problems, solutions, target audiences, and market context to develop ideas that drive action • Apply strategy and craftsmanship to writing for heavily regulated pharmaceutical projects • Use words and storytelling to drive action among target audiences and teammates • Pitch creative solutions persuasively • Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messages to life across digital channels • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors, and proactive bias management • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required • 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred • High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc.) • Book featuring conceptual work, digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions, and banners • Know-how for writing in a digital landscape, from strategy development to banners, sites, and SEO • Experience with complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams • Must be eligible for hire in select U.S. locations
