📋 Description

• Lead Specialty Pharmaceutical Representatives in the West Region • Report to the VP of Sales • Hire, direct, and manage the team • Provide leadership to meet and exceed sales goals • Establish positive regional culture • Coach, develop, inspire, and motivate team members • Execute the brand strategy and demonstrate corporate values • Coordinate in-field activity to achieve Specialty targets • Maximize market segment and team dynamics to drive top- and bottom-line results • Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members • Plan and conduct plan-of-action and other meetings • Manage the District budget and District-level P&L • Maintain technical expertise to answer product, policy, and business-related questions • Oversee the department and supervise department staff • Set job objectives, work methods, and performance standards • Review employee performance and administer personnel actions • Complete Field Contact Reports within 48 hours and route signed reports to HR within 72 hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited University/College • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a successful Pharmaceutical District Sales Manager preferred • Clean driving record • Licensed if required in states covered • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) • Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Leadership experience in Women's Health preferred • Travel 70–80% • Field Rep rides 3 to 4 days per week • Available for hire in select U.S. locations
