📋 Description

• Leading a team of engineers in Asset Management • Developing compliance driven transmission line and transmission substation programs and budgets • Identifying process improvements with respect to development, approval and management of transmission projects • Developing best practices and strategies for required design deliverables and milestones • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a BS Engineering or BS Engineering Technology • An electrical engineering degree is preferred • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience is required • Experience in the technical, operational or engineering aspects of the electric utility industry • Supervisory experience is strongly preferred • Strong background in process improvement • Understanding of NERC, ISO-NE, and NPCC standards • Ability to motivate and lead a team • Working knowledge of information technology and use of Eversource’s office automation and information systems
