📋 Description

• Own the Professional Services business and operating plan, including revenue attainment, utilization, capacity, backlog conversion, delivery quality, and client outcomes • Scale the business by growing the existing team and expanding capacity while protecting utilization and margin • Set standards for project management and technical delivery, including scoping, status reporting, risk management, and client communication • Serve as executive escalation point for important or complex Services engagements • Develop and deploy technical expertise across key projects while building consultant and developer bench strength • Partner with Sales on scoping, solution design, pricing, and handoff • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Client Success, and Finance to remove blockers and improve handoffs • Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, project visibility, resource planning, and operating leverage • Report to a member of Evisions' Executive Leadership Team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, enterprise software implementation, or a comparable client delivery organization • Meaningful leadership responsibility • B2B SaaS or higher education technology experience is a strong plus • Proven experience leading and improving a Services organization with accountability for revenue, utilization, capacity, project delivery, and client outcomes • Understanding of the financial and operational mechanics of a Services business • Hands-on operating mindset • Strong command of project and portfolio management • Experience leading technical services teams and complex software implementations • Strong people leadership and talent development skills • Commercial and financial fluency, including Services revenue forecasting, utilization, margins, backlog, pricing, scope management, and scaling trade-offs • Executive presence and strong client judgment • Comfort leading through change and using AI and modern operating tools • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time • Background check required • Must adhere to the Evisions Information Security Management System
