📋 Description

• Support customer rollouts of Evolv’s life-saving products • Support product demonstrations and installations • Perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on existing field units • Complete Evolv Express technical training • Shadow experienced field service engineers • Build customer relationships and assess customer needs • Install, maintain, and repair equipment • Document work in service reports and other forms • Attend team meetings and receive feedback and guidance • Use internal systems for inventory management, invoicing, and scheduling • Resolve break/fix issues independently • Complete expenses, work orders, and RMAs • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Express system and software • Lead special event support activities at strategic locations • Assist with on-the-job training for new personnel and third-party service providers • Report to the Director of Global Services

🎯 Requirements

• Technical understanding of product hardware and software components • Ability to undergo and apply technical training on products, tools, equipment, and software • Proficiency diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues using wiring diagrams, schematics, and diagnostic tools • Experience or ability installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading equipment • Competence performing scheduled software maintenance and upgrades • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to train customer employees and security staff • Ability to manage time and complete work orders on schedule • Administrative proficiency with expenses, work orders, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) • Knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, and scheduling systems • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required • Ability to collaborate with customers, operations, engineering, and management teams • Frequent travel up to 75–85% of the time • Ability to travel to customer sites with relative ease • Eligibility to work in the United States, as Evolv participates in E-Verify
