📋 Description

• Promote and educate patients on medication management solutions through phone-based medication assessments • Register patients for services • Conduct health and medication reviews, including medication lists, administration instructions, and key health information • Accurately enter prescription information • Achieve key performance metrics established by management • Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its services • Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about ExactCare • Manage patient assessments to grow business and maintain referral relationships • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports • Call prospective patients daily, schedule telephonic reviews, and conduct follow-up calls • Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ad-hoc meetings • Communicate with the management team • Represent AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and interactions • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience to justify an exception • 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred • Excellent problem-solving ability • Energetic and compassionate phone skills required • Persuasion skills • Team-oriented approach and ability to help others succeed • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to multitask • Self-starter able to work with little to no supervision • Excellent oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week • Availability outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Must be eligible to work in the United States
