• Collaborate with product leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver solutions from concept to launch • Define and evolve product vision and strategy based on user needs, business objectives, and data • Lead discovery efforts using user research, mapping, modeling, and feasibility assessments • Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing short-term delivery and long-term innovation • Prioritize product features based on value, effort, dependencies, and user feedback • Translate ideas into clear, testable user stories and success criteria • Support Agile events and iterative delivery • Establish and track key product metrics • Bridge business and technology teams to align goals and outcomes • Support adoption planning and coordinate product rollouts using change management principles • Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies and own resolution paths • Shape team practices that encourage collaboration, user focus, and agility • Mentor team members and promote a product-thinking mindset • Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing, and Section 508 compliance testing
• 3+ years of experience in product management, agile business analysis, or related roles within software or data product development • Proven ability to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments • Experience transforming requirements into an evidence-based, prioritized product backlog • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and backlog management practices • Ability to lead discovery work using research methods and collaborate on iterative design • Ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to drive decisions • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work across business and technical domains
