📋 Description

• Advise on network security solutions • Provide pre-sales support to Sales teams and partners • Respond to questions and inquiries • Provide product and technology demos • Conduct competitive analysis • Create networking and security designs and specifications • Develop and conduct product updates, short-course trainings, and webinars • Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services Projects • Provide technical expertise and support to team members • Initiate and manage the lifecycle of vendor solution Proofs of Concept • Perform other technical duties as necessary • Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience • 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge • Multitasking and motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenge • Excellent communication skills within a team and across teams • Ensure service SLA is within 30 mins • Maintain 6+ vendors products technical certifications • Must be legally able to work in the USA • Ability to travel occasionally for business
