📋 Description

• Serve as a network security solutions advisor • Provide presales support to Sales teams and partners • Respond to questions and inquiries • Provide product and technology demos • Conduct competitive analysis • Develop networking and security designs and specifications • Develop and conduct product updates, short-course trainings, and webinars • Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services projects • Provide technical expertise and support to team members • Initiate and manage the lifecycle of vendor solution Proofs of Concept • Perform other technical duties as necessary • Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience • 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge • Multitasking and motivation to learn new skills and take on new challenges • Excellent communication skills within a team and across teams • Ensure service SLA is within 30 minutes • Maintain 6+ vendor product technical certifications • Must be legally able to work in the USA • Occasional business travel may be required
