📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Delivery to support strategic accounts • Lead early-stage discovery conversations with enterprise clients • Define solution approaches aligned to Software Mind AI, Data and Modernization capabilities • Shape proof engagements such as ideation workshops, assessments, and pilots • Drive conversion from opportunity to contracted revenue alongside sales and delivery teams • Ensure platform adoption and solution scalability • Translate complex client challenges into structured, outcome-driven engagements • Influence and close meaningful business while maintaining credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders • Directly influence closed business against a defined ghost revenue target

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years in enterprise technology roles • Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or strategic presales • Strong understanding of cloud modernization, Data and AI use cases • Experience leading client workshops and executive conversations • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes • Experience in multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Health Tech • Experience shaping and commercializing AI, Data, or modernization solutions within complex enterprise sales cycles • Familiarity with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks, or platform-led consulting offerings • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, business case development, and ROI-based solution positioning • Proven ability to convert assessments, workshops, or pilots into larger-scale delivery programs • Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services environment
