📋 Description

• Design, build, and govern the Azure environment supporting Magna's firm-wide business and client-facing applications • Architect secure, cost-effective Azure cloud solutions across the organization • Own Azure governance, configuration, security, stability, costs, services, and hybrid infrastructure • Partner with enterprise development teams on cloud-native and hybrid architectures using IaaS, PaaS, containers, and serverless technologies • Partner with infrastructure teams on identity, networking, directory services, and on-premises/Azure hybrid connectivity • Work with IT leadership and business units to understand requirements and deploy responsive solutions • Track Azure and Microsoft 365 changes and plan adoption without operational interruption • Monitor and communicate service performance and ensure delivery meets business requirements and SLAs • Champion Microsoft 365 and Azure adoption and help train IT staff • Create and maintain policies and documentation for Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and other cloud services • Collaborate with networking, security, support, and application teams to resolve issues • Document changes using change-management best practices • Maintain a secure environment through configuration and access monitoring • Report to the IT Director / VP of IT

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing, supporting, deploying, and evolving technology platforms and infrastructure in a highly distributed enterprise environment • 8+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 in an environment of 700+ users • 3+ years designing, deploying, and supporting Azure, including mission-critical and highly secure workloads • Deep knowledge of Azure Storage, App Services, Azure Networking, Containers, Data Services, Defender for Cloud, and Entra ID • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Configuration Manager, networking, DNS, Hyper-V, clustering, and GPOs • Experience managing directory sync into Azure AD, migration to Azure AD, and hybrid coupling with Azure AD Domain Services • Advanced PowerShell skills for managing Azure and Microsoft 365 at scale • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or a similar field, or equivalent experience and/or certifications • MCSE, Microsoft 365, Azure (IaaS/PaaS), or equivalent cloud certifications preferred • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines preferred • Experience with containerized (AKS) or serverless (Azure Functions) architectures preferred • Experience with Azure Landing Zones or similar governance/subscription design work preferred • Experience with data security standards and regulations relevant to the legal industry preferred • Experience in a legal or regulated business environment, including handling highly secure and confidential client data preferred
