📋 Description

• Ensure client savings and internal revenue goals are achieved • Manage the monthly pipeline of selected cases and timely record requests • Track productivity goals, audited-claim savings, revenue/findings files, invoicing, record fees, and overpayments • Establish and communicate productivity and quality goals • Conduct monthly one-on-ones, performance counseling, team meetings, training, coaching, and development • Build a high-performance team and drive operational excellence • Provide clients with performance updates and responsive, quality communications • Partner with clinical staff and leaders on client presentations, issues, and updates • Create action plans to address barriers, performance gaps, and operational issues • Collaborate across Selections, Workflows, IT, and Implementations to improve results • Develop self and others and introduce at least one new solution or improvement per quarter • Follow company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in clinical auditing • Minimum 5-8 years or equivalent work experience in clinical auditing/supervisory • Minimum 2 years of Healthcare experience • Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties • Excellent computer skills • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent people management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to train and delegate • U.S.-based work location
