📋 Description

• Complete the full training cycle for employees: assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate • Create, manage, and follow up on training schedules, records, and reports • Collaborate with trainers to schedule new employees for required training and track training progress • Confirm training sessions have been completed and recorded • Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly reporting summaries covering training status, progress, and results • Gather feedback from management, employees, and other departments on training effectiveness • Continuously seek to improve training effectiveness • Perform other duties as assigned • Follow company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven work experience as a Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role • High School diploma or equivalent • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure • Excellent computer competency • Ability and desire to accurately perform repetitive tasks • Independent decision-making skills • High degree of accuracy • Self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner
