📋 Description

• Review and submit bids to investors or clients and follow up on denials • Research loan histories and mortgage neglect • Address escalated loan inquiries • Coordinate the cut bid process • Report damages • Follow company, client, government agency, and local municipality rules when making decisions • Make and receive calls from vendors, clients, third parties, and internal departments • Document systems accordingly • Manage investor/client bid approvals, submissions, denials, and follow-ups • Manage investor/client inquiry escalations and assistance • Manage cut bids, including requesting, follow-up, and placement • Place loans into conveyance condition when applicable • Manage conveyance timelines and request extensions • Perform HUD denial reviews • Conduct research and analysis • Issue approved work and create work orders in a timely manner • Follow up on hazard claims • Report damage • Review mortgage neglect • Follow up on violations • Manage utility referral and activation • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly • Develop partnerships with vendors and vendor management • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Practical office experience • Proven customer service/communication skills • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred • Property Management, Construction, REO and/or Property Insurance experience preferred • Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Portfolio Management, National Real Estate Management, and/or Pre-Foreclosure knowledge and/or experience preferred • Contract Administration and Scope of Work/Service Line Agreement Compliance preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Detail-oriented and time management skills • Ability to prioritize duties • Ability to multitask • Ability to work within a team
