• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch tooling refurbishments • Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace the aging fleet of tools • Support capital investment strategy for fleet expansion in BWR and PWR markets • Own continuous improvement of Overwatch processes • Support tooling conceptual design, field delivery, and subsequent activities • Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor during power equipment outages • Serve as the single point of contact for outage execution • Work with field services training and staffing teams to build field execution teams • Serve as lead instructor for training courses • Act as a subject matter expert for tooling fabrication, procurement, procedure management, and outage execution • Execute complex projects involving BWR 2–6 In-Service Inspection, in-vessel visual technology tooling and services, core verification, and reactor service maintenance activities • Apply best practices and understand how the field services area integrates with other functions • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects and help bring team members to consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline from an accredited college/university OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BWR maintenance management or inspection services • Minimum 1 year of leadership of field teams working at customer sites and leading design engineering teams • Experience in BWRVIP, ASME, and ISI programs implemented by nuclear plants • Frequent travel required, 70% of the time or more, including travel to USA and international plant sites • Willingness to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated areas • Access to U.S. export-controlled information, contingent on authorization from the U.S. Government where applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Knowledge of GEH Nuclear Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition • Knowledge and experience in Inspection Services • Experience and knowledge of BWR reactor internals and GEH In Vessel Visual tooling • Familiarity with GEH B03, EC, and Inventory processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Project management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong strategic development and execution skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
