📋 Description

• Evaluate client activity reports to ensure efficient team operations and client satisfaction • Manage and participate in the daily functions of multiple service teams • Build and maintain employee morale and facilitate employee training • Review Work in Progress reports to ensure task completion • Manage workload issues across teams and implement efficiency initiatives • Enforce staff adherence to client time requirements • Take responsibility for team accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and completion of duties • Maintain and communicate department policies and procedures • Conduct staff meetings to convey operational issues • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors • Communicate with team members, departments, clients, vendors, and management • Review departmental profitability and keep costs and fees within company guidelines • Maintain and approve department payroll • Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance • Monitor employee time and attendance and conduct counseling sessions with Human Resources • Participate in employee selection and recommend promotions • Review and sign off on authorized items • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Title Curative Operations Team Leader or up to 3 years’ experience in real estate, banking, or vendor management • High School diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of title search and underwriting processes • Knowledge of real estate title, closing, and underwriting processes • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software products • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
